  • If you have a favourite song that you would love paired with your content I can make that happen. Otherwise, music is selected to suit the tone and pacing of your event.

  • EverCut captures on a high-quality iPhone 17 Pro Max setup designed for discreet, natural coverage and social-first delivery. We also occasionally use lenses and lens filters specifically designed for cinematic/video capture on iPhones.

    The goal is presence, cost efficiency, and timing and our aim is not to encroach on your photographer’s shots.

  • Yes, so long as you have agreed for me to do so. It helps me promote EverCut and showcase my work. If I post alternative edits to the ones provided you will be able to have those assets too if you wish.

  • For now, it’s just me.

  • Raw content includes unfiltered, unedited clips and photos captured throughout the day. These are delivered exactly as filmed and are perfect for personal keeping or additional edits later.

  • Absolutely.

    You’re welcome to share key moments, people, or details that matter most to you. While EverCut focuses on candid coverage, intentional requests are prioritised.

  • Yes — and respectfully.

    EverCut is designed to complement your existing vendors, never compete with or interfere with them. In fact, it would be great for me to be introduced to your photographer before your wedding if possible.

  • Email me, send me a message via my socials or use my online booking form.

    After that, a signed agreement and booking fee are required to secure your date (30% of total). Dates are limited and held only once booking fee is received.

  • After you sign the agreement, I’d like to meet with both of you to learn about your day, which moments matter most to you, what you want captured, and your overall vibe so I can create content that truly fits and reflects who you are.

    Then, I’ll see you on your big day! I’ll team up with your photographer and ensure I am not getting in their way while also making sure I capture the right moments.

    After your wedding, I will get to editing a highlight reel and select raw footage to send to your inbox within 48 hours.

  • If your booking is 6 hours or more, you agree to one of the following options for each crew member:

    Provide a hot vendor meal and non-alcoholic beverages.

    • The meal break will be coordinated with the venue and is ideally taken while the couple is eating.

    Or

    If a meal is not provided, the Supplier may take a 30-minute break off-site.

    • This break time is included in the booked coverage time.

  • The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event date. Final edited content will be delivered only once payment is received in full. If payment is late, delivery timelines will be extended accordingly.
